On Saturday July 6, 2024 - Caitlin Clark scored the FIRST triple double for a rookie in WNBA history . She did so while playing and beating the number one team in the league. Final score Indiana 83 and New York 78. CC had 19 points, 13 assists and 12 rebounds.

The video below makes a great case for Caitlin being the best basketball player ever. However the point that many of the new fans are also interested in other WNBA players is false. In fact, the new fans are there to see Caitlin play. Not the other WNBA players. The stats show this. Maybe if the WNBA cleans up its act and gets more players that are close to Caitlin's level this will change. Also, to be taken seriously the WNBA needs to stop being an activist league and focus on quality basketball. The vast majority of flagrant fouls in the 2024 season were against Caitlin. Clearly many of the WNBA players were trying to hurt her. They have also made many comments attacking Caitlin and her fans. They are clearly jealous of Caitlin and her skills. Not to mention the attention she is bringing to women's basketball. The league needs to put an end to this behavior and clean up the play on the court and the actions off of the court. The management and the players need to be as professional as Caitlin herself. Then the league can soar to new heights.

The Toyota 4Runner has long been a stalwart in the off-road community, a vehicle that embodies rugged durability, timeless design, and a no-nonsense approach to utility. As we usher in the 2024 model, there’s a growing sentiment among enthusiasts and automotive purists that this might be the last great Toyota to be built. But why is this the case? Let’s delve into the reasons behind this belief

A Legacy of Rugged Simplicity - The 4Runner has always been synonymous with toughness. Since its inception in 1984, it has maintained a body-on-frame construction, a rarity in today’s market where crossovers dominate the landscape. This was the peak of Lexus quality. Lexus will never again build a vehicle to match the 2007 LX470. For these reasons, the 2007 Lexus LX470 might just be the finest vehicle ever built. Honorable mention goes to the Lexus 2006 LS430 which is excellent and the finest sedan ever built.

Special Note: In order to get the most out of the vehicles mentioned here it takes care and maintenance. It's best to garage keep the vehicle when not in use. When the vehicle is used in road salt the areas exposed to the salt should be cleaned. Use mobile one oil and change it every 5,000 miles. Change air filters (engine and cabin) every 20,000 miles. Change coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid and gear oils every 60,000 miles. For vehicles with a timing belt change the belt, water pump and other related components every 100,000 miles or ten years. AHC (automatic height control fluid) should also be changed at 60,000 miles. I also like to flush the brake fluid at 60,000 miles if that wasn't already done during a brake job. For vehicles that are not driven often I do all of the above once every two years regardless of miles. PS: These are general guidelines. Your vehicle may need additional service to stay in top condition. If buying a used vehicle always confirm that it has been properly maintained and NEVER wrecked . It should have all original paint and interior. No modifications. All original or OEM replacement parts. Nothing aftermarket. When replacing parts ALWAYS use actual Toyota parts!

Craig Shipp Bitcoin Story

Craig Shipp was always hesitant to invest in Bitcoin. He had heard about it from his tennis partner, Roch Blouin, who was a big fan of the digital currency. Roch had been watching Max Keiser talk about Bitcoin on Russia Today, and he had convinced Craig to give it a try. However, Craig was skeptical about the future of Bitcoin, and he believed that the government would eventually shut it down.

It wasn't until 2013 that Craig began to change his mind about Bitcoin. He realized that the government might not be able to stop it, and he decided to start trading. He started small, buying and selling Bitcoin on different exchanges, and he quickly became hooked. He loved the excitement of the market, and he was always looking for new ways to profit.

In 2015, Craig stumbled upon a Youtube channel called "The Bitcoin Meister." The channel was run by a man named Adam Meister, who was a Bitcoin enthusiast and investor. Adam's videos were different from anything Craig had seen before. Adam wasn't focused on trading or short-term profits. Instead, he preached the importance of holding Bitcoin for the long term.

Adam also introduced Craig to the Trezor signing device, which allowed him to store his Bitcoin securely. Adam stressed the importance of self-custody and the dangers of leaving Bitcoin on exchanges or in online wallets. Craig was impressed by Adam's knowledge and his passion for Bitcoin, and he began to watch all of his videos.

In early 2017, Craig's father Ralph Shipp interviewed Adam on video. The interview was a huge success, and it has been viewed over 100,000 times on Youtube. Craig was thrilled to see his father interviewing one of his heroes, and he realized that Bitcoin was becoming more mainstream.

Ever since that interview, Craig has been working to educate people about Bitcoin. He believes that Bitcoin is the future of money, and he wants to help as many people as possible understand its potential. He has started giving talks at local events, and he has even created his own Youtube channel to share his knowledge.

Craig is convinced that Bitcoin will change the world. He believes that it will bank the unbanked and bring self-sovereignty to billions of people. Bitcoin is more than just a digital currency. It's a tool for freedom, and Craig is proud to be a part of the Bitcoin community.

The Middletown High School Homecoming Court for 2019 did a great job representing the future of Middletown.

The Middletown Heritage Festival for 2019 was a huge success. The Special Delivery Band was a big hit too! The Lucy School was just one of hundreds of entrants in the parade.

These seniors danced their hearts out. Proof that this event is fun for all ages!

The Middletown Heritage Festival for 2019 was a huge success. The parade featured the famous Middletown Cheerleaders, world-class dancers, tractors, boy and girl scouts, churches, the FFA, vintage and antique cars, sports teams and much more. The Special Delivery Band also performed.

The Grand Seiko SBGN005 GMT could be the perfect all-around watch!

I take a first look at my Grand Seiko SBGN005 GMT with the 9f movement after 40 hours of use. This watch is very trim on wrist. It looks great and with a screw down crown and durable case and bracelet should make a great all-around watch that can easily go from dress to casual to sporting use. This watch could easily be a one watch solution especially for those who travel a lot. Yes, the bezel does look like the bezel on a Rolex Explorer and I say that's ok with me.

The ROLEX Submariner is no longer the king of the sport watches. The Grand Seiko SBGA231 Spring Drive diver watch in titanium is a better watch. The GS is more accurate, more comfortable on wrist, has better fit and finish and has a longer power reserve. The thermal properties of the titanium as well as the light weight (about 137 grams) make this watch exceptionally comfortable on wrist in all temperature conditions.

Also, the Grand Seiko needs less service and the sweep second hand is amazing to watch. This watch meets the requirements of ISO 6425 – that’s the international standard for diver’s watches, which specifies, among other things, a unidirectional turning bezel, water resistance to a minimum of 100 meters, an ability to resist magnetic fields up to 4,800 A/m (60 gauss), and other standards for essential stuff like shock resistance, resistance to corrosion, and so on.

Many have asked why Seiko uses pins and friction collars or what they refer to as pins and pipes to hold links together in many of their high-end bracelets. This system allows for better movement of the bracelet in use and less wear on the links. Also, when compared to friction pins hold up better used over and over again. When compared to screws the pins and pipes are less likely to come lose when properly installed.

About the titanium used by GS: Is a Seiko proprietary alloy which is claimed to be 1.5 times harder than 316L stainless steel. Bright Titanium is used in the GS SBGA011 "Snowflake", SBGA031 200m diver, SBGC005 Spring Drive GMT chronograph, SBGE015 Spring Drive GMT and other models within the Seiko portfolio of premium brands.

As I have been told my YSERV, Bright Titanium (aka "High intensity titanium") does not have any special surface coatings or additional treatments. Its scratch resistance is about 300-350 in the Vicker's scale. Compare that to 316L stainless steel (180-200) and pure titanium (Around 100).

To give the watch the sheen and look of a stainless steel finished piece, thus avoiding the "dull" and "plasticky" look often associated with pure titanium watches.

To give the watch increased wear resistance properties. Titanium is far stronger than stainless steel, has superior corrosion properties, is hypoallergenic, has about 50% the total density of stainless steel and it is more durable. However, titanium in its "pure" form is softer and tends to scratch much easier than steel.

To allow the metal to be refinished when the watch is sent into service. The presence of surface treatments and coatings (Like DiaShield or Citizen's Duratect) make the refinishing process more difficult, although, these coatings provide essentially higher wear resistance properties.

Bright Titanium is not to be confused with Seiko's DiaShield surface treatment which is a special surface coating applied to pure titanium and it is available in a very limited selection of affordable Seiko watches. DiaShield has surface wear resistance in the 500-600 range in the Vicker's scale. Citizen's Duratect is even better with surface wear resistance measured in the 800-1200 region in the Vicker's scale..

The SBGA029G is the stainless steel version.

The SBGA031 is the older titanium model with SEIKO on the top of the face. The Grand Seiko Quartz Diver are models: SBGX115 SBGX117

Writing an excellent blog is easy if you follow a few simple rules. It takes a bit of practice, it’s true, but the benefits are immense.

Write about what you know
Write about something you know. If you don’t know much about a specific topic, invite an expert to write about it. Having a variety of authors in your blog is a great way to keep visitors engaged.

Speak to your audience
You know your audience better than anyone else, so keep them in mind as you write your blog posts. Write about things they care about. If you have a company Facebook page that gets lots of comments, you can look here to find topics to write about.

Take a few moments to plan your post
Once you have a great idea for a post, write the first draft. Some people like to start with the title and then work on the paragraphs. Other people like to start with subtitles and go from there. Choose the method that works for you.

Don’t forget to add images
Be sure to include a few high-quality images in your blog. Images break up the text and make it more readable. They can also convey emotions or ideas that are hard to put into words.

Edit carefully before posting
Once you’re happy with the text, put it aside for a day or two, and then re-read it. You’ll probably find a few things you want to add, and a couple more that you want to remove. Have a friend or colleague look it over to make sure there are no mistakes. When your post is error-free, set it up in your blog and publish.
